Our Available Services.

Always free. Always confidential.

From pregnancy tests to ultrasounds, education, and pregnancy options counseling, we are here for you every step of the way. All of our services are provided at no cost and with complete confidentiality. We understand the importance of trust and privacy, so when you visit our center, you can feel secure knowing that your information will remain strictly confidential.

Pregnancy Tests

If you have had unprotected sex, or have missed your period, you might be wondering if you are pregnant. The first thing you may want to do is take a pregnancy test. We offer lab-quality pregnancy testing at our center at no cost.

Ultrasounds

If you are pregnant, an ultrasound will help determine how far along you are. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasound to prove the viability (meaning the pregnancy has not miscarried and is not ectopic) of pregnancy.

Abortion Pill Reversal

Have you taken the first dose of the abortion pill (Mifeprex or RU-486)? Do you regret your decision and wish you could reverse the effects of the abortion pill? We may be able to help!

There is an effective process called abortion pill reversal.

Adoption Referrals

Considering adoption can feel overwhelming. We provide educational resources and referrals to reputable adoption agencies to help you feel confident in your options and next steps.

Support Groups

We offer groups to help work through your current situation, be it pregnancy, miscarriage, or abortion. Whether you had an abortion or miscarriage, or you currently have an unexpected pregnancy, you may need someone to talk to. We want you to know there is a place for you where people are ready to listen and give their support. Options will connect you with a group that offers a safe place to process and heal.

Nurse Consultations

After a positive pregnancy test, you will have the opportunity to sit down with your Client Educator to discuss more about your needs.
Making decisions during this time is difficult, and our caring staff are ready and willing to help you sort through all of those decisions. During your consultation, you will receive information about the different options available to you. You will be able to make an informed decision about your future. Your Client Educator will present you with information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. At Options, we want to ensure you receive all the help you need and answer any questions you may have.

Community Assistance Referrals

We understand that often there is more than parenting resources that you need. We work with other local organizations to provide you with the community and financial resources that can guide you into a stable future.

Parental Classes

Our parenting classes are designed for all expecting moms and dads to provide the basic fundamentals of parenting. Pregnancy, childbirth, child development, parenting skills and more are the focus of these sessions.

Prenatal Classes

Our prenatal classes are designed to support you as an expecting parent by providing essential knowledge and confidence as you prepare for childbirth and early parenthood. These classes cover important topics, including pregnancy health, labor and delivery education, comfort techniques, and newborn care basics.

Material Assistance

We understand that with a new baby comes the need for material resources such as diapers, bottles, cribs, and car seats. Through our Baby Bucks Program, you can take classes and earn “bucks” to purchase the things you need as you begin this new journey into parenthood.
